SBOT Technologies LLC. ("Caper") and Maplebear Inc. (d/b/a Instacart) require their suppliers to adhere to ethical business practices and comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding fair labor, including but not limited to the United States Fair Labor Standards Act, the United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, and federal, national, and state laws and regulations relating to the employment and welfare of working children.
